Profile Deloitte is a global company that focuses on legal, financial, and risk
management consulting. The company was founded in 1845 in London
by 25-year-old William Welch Deloitte who set up his first office in
London, and later in 1880, in New York.
Deloitte nowadays is an international network of companies with
headquarters in New York in London and has branches in more than 150
countries. The network is worth almost 40 billion USD and employs
nearly 300 000 specialists.
Challenge Aiming for flexible employment on a permanent basis

Solution Give employees the freedom to choose how they want to work in the
future.
In a bid to make the acceptance of flexible working permanent the chief
executive has confirmed that as many as 20,000 employees will be able
to choose when, where, and how they work in the future.
