to upload work documents, search for resources, and
communicate with clients. Although this was an innovative idea
that was beneficial in terms of convenience, efficiency, finding
new clients, and environmental protection, it did not work well
for me.
The platform was unable to function adequately at first. For
example, it was constantly crushing because it was always
overloaded, client applications were frequently lost, and I had
difficulty uploading documents or it took too long to do so.
Furthermore, no training was provided to employees prior to
their request to learn the platform, which was made three
months after its use. Furthermore, we did not have access to
any office equipment (e.g., monitors, keyboards), making the
entire process even more difficult and frustrating.
As a result, simple tasks took me longer to complete than
before, and I was feeling overwhelmed while also stressed by
the situation and the lack of appropriate management.''
B. How do you think the " Even though the company needed to act quickly due to Covid-
situation could be 19 restrictions, I believe this situation could have been handled
improved? more effectively. I believe that the first step that needed to be
taken was to set aside some time to develop appropriate
training for employees to become acquainted with the
platform. Employees would know exactly what to do and how
to do it in this manner, which would be not only more cost-
effective but also more time efficient. Then, managers should
investigate and invest money and time in an appropriate
platform, and ensure that it functions properly and is user-
friendly before making it available in the company.
Furthermore, providing or offering a small badge so that
employees can access office equipment in their homes could
make a significant difference in one's work productivity and
effectiveness.''
