Since the start of the pandemic of Covid-19, the number of
employees working from home has steeply increased.
However, in order for flexible working to be effective all
technologies and platforms that enable workers to achieve the
organization’s objectives from the comfort of their house need
to function sufficiently.
‘‘There were plenty of issues due to the technology we were
using. In the beginning, the internet connection at home was
insufficient, and then, almost every day, I was facing
problems with the insurance platform. It was so frustrating. I
couldn’t properly work’’

0. What is your ‘‘Covid-19 caused many changes in my workplace, but the
experience/What is your transition was not easy. Our working arrangements were one
