                 Name of the Amdocs
                 company/Thematic https://www.amdocs.com/
Profile Amdocs is a leading software services provider to the world’s most
successful communications and media companies. Amdocs and its 30,288
employees serve customers in over 85 countries. Listed on the NASDAQ
Global Select Market, Amdocs had revenue of $4.58 billion annually
                                      (2022).
Challenge Amdocs went completely remote after the Covid-19 outbreak. After the
restrictions were lifted, Amdocs decided to keep implementing the hybrid
form of working because many employees preferred it.
Solution Create an organizational policy and specify regulations related to flexible
                                      working arrangements.
Amdocs did not offer any flexible working arrangements before the
                 Policy parameters pandemic

Development & Several measures have been developed and systematized within the
                 oversight company:

                                          ● Amdocs provides a flexible working arrangement plan, but only
under certain conditions. Employees should work at the official
site at least three times per week. Excel generates a program that
shows who is scheduled to work on which days. The reason for
implementing this program is that there is limited desk availability
due to the team's rapid growth following the covid-19 pandemic,
and thus not all employees can work from the official site at the
same time. Furthermore, this program is designed so that
employees working on team projects can meet in person.
Employees are allowed to take even half an hour of a day-off
                                          ● Once a month, employees vote on whether they want to work in
the morning or participate in a bonding activity with their
                                             coworkers.
                                          ● The company provides free equipment (e.g., mouse, keyboards,
or headsets) as well as an allowance of 250 euros to teleworkers
in order for them to purchase any necessary technological
                                             equipment.
