of the workers, maintaining high group cohesion and concentration on objectives
Solution During the COVID period, the members of the group were called to work in 100%
smartworking mode with short returns to the office for the most important
meetings.
Being a very small organization, the management has not adopted particular
policy parameters, limiting itself to placing employees in smart working.

Development & The new organizational methods have been regulated by the company
oversight management:
● Arces employees worked 100% in smart working
● Employees, if invited for important meetings, must be available for face-to-face
meetings. In this case, the company ensures compliance with the safety
parameters (masks, antiviral gel, distancing)
● A coordination meeting between the director and the working group is held
every morning. The results are checked
During the pandemic, Arces developed an extremely agile work model which
made it possible to optimize work times, leaving team members and
management fully satisfied. The check on the fulfillment of the tasks during the
working time took place on the results achieved.
Outcomes After the end of the pandemic, since January 2023 we have returned to a
traditional and face-to-face work system.
In agreement with the members of the Arces network of relationships, many
meetings between staff members and those of other entities take place remotely
with the most common dedicated platforms.
