across all its entities. The subsidiaries of Société Générale, both in France

agreements tailored to their respective needs. This initiative impacts
nearly 100,000 individuals, in addition to the 40,000 employees of Société
Générale France.
The key points of this structuring agreement are as follows:
1. Telecommuting becomes the new "ordinary" and collective work
arrangement.
2. Telecommuting will be accessible to all Société Générale
employees in France, totaling approximately 40,000 individuals.
For retail banking, an experimentation phase will be conducted to
study the specifics of its gradual implementation within the
network.
3. The average number of telecommuting days increases from 1 to 2
days per week, with a minimum requirement of 40% on-site
presence over a fifteen-day period.
4. An additional telecommuting day will be possible per month.
5. Telecommuters will receive a budget of €150 for home office
setup and will have the option to receive meal vouchers for
telecommuting days.
Development & The Société Générale has implemented the expansion of teleworking
oversight within its organization. This development has been driven by various
factors, such as technological advancements, increasing employee
demands for flexibility, and lessons learned from the health crisis.
The bank has recognized the potential benefits of teleworking, including
improving work-life balance, reducing commuting time, and promoting
better focus and productivity for employees.
Société Générale has established policies and agreements to effectively
support teleworking. Clear guidelines from the “future of work” research

necessary equipment, communication, and remote team management
