feeling, both towards their work and their family.
Moreover, there have been interesting developments in managerial
culture and in how individuals approach their objectives and results.
Personal discipline is required as people have a better idea of what they
need to do on their own and are simultaneously aware of their place in
the team and what they need to contribute.
Overall, this affects a fundamental level of efficiency and performance:
trust, in oneself and in others.
Prioritizing mental health and well-being in the context of remote work
can have a number of positive outcomes for both employees and the
company as a whole.
Improved Employee morale and engagement increased productivity and
reducing absenteeism and turnover by providing resources and support
for mental health and well-being, Danone may be able to reduce
absenteeism and employee turnover, which can be costly for the
company.
Outcomes
In 2021, the company launched the "Future of Work" study among its
employees to reflect on the transformation of work methods at Danone.
Following this consultation, solutions were co-created with employees to
offer them the possibility of working from a third place, adapting their
physical and digital work environment, and organizing their ways of
working in a hybrid context.
