0. What is "I used to work for a company that decided to allow its employees, or at
your experience. least some of them, to switched to remote work.
What is your The idea was to let them decide whether or not they wanted to be there,
problematic on site, or not, whenever they wanted.
situation in your But there was no guidelines, plan or policies shared by the managers or the
job/your direction to help us adjust and making sure we would be able to work that
organisation way without struggling or losing contact. At one point, I did not even know
regarding flexible when my colleague were a work, connected online, busy traveling or
work anything. I found myself very lonely.
As a result, everyone was left to figure out their own schedules and work
habits. Some people would work late at night and not during the day,
others would take long breaks in the middle of the day and wouldn’t
answer the phone and there was no real way to know when someone was
                                     available or not.
This made it very difficult to collaborate on projects and caused a lot of
confusion and missed deadlines and even meetings!
Additionally, without any guidelines for how to work remotely effectively,
some people would struggle to stay focused and productive, leading to a
decrease in overall performance. It's clear that a lack of policies and
guidelines can make remote work much harder than it needs to be."

                    B. How do you The lack of policies and guidelines for remote work can have a significant

Thematic Lack of communication and follow up from managers.

The lack of clear objectives and process for checking work can lead to
confusion and uncertainty about what is expected of employees, which
