Profile Danone is a French food and beverage company that has focused its
activities around four areas: fresh dairy products, bottled waters, medical
nutrition, and infant nutrition.
The company is among the global leaders in these four sectors, with its
products sold at world level.
Challenge During the covid 19 crisis the question of the remote work took and
important place in the company: “how to allow our staff to work from
home without suffering from social isolation”
They decided to implement a mental health and well-being policy as
remote work can lead to feelings of isolation and disconnection from
colleagues. Danone has introduced initiatives to support employee
mental health and well-being, such as virtual wellness programs and
access to mental health resources.
