                 0.     Problematic          I started working at the Rabobank during the pandemic, which
                 situation in my job/my      meant that I also had to learn my job at home and also had to
                 organisation regarding      meet and get to know my colleagues online. In general, it was
                 flexible work               facilitated in a very good manner and we all had a lot of support
                                             and   guidance   for   our   tasks.   However,   whenever   you   had
                                             questions, you had to find someone who was available and ask
                                             them if they had time etc. Where in the office it feels a little less
                                             like a barrier, since you can just ask. Furthermore, it is more
                                             difficult to get to know your colleagues and catching up with them
                                             online.
