Activity 1 What are your strengths and
weakness – SWOT analysis

Ask employees to analyse their strengths and
weaknesses.
What opportunities they see for themselves, and
what threats they see.

You can use the example below.

The conclusions of the analysis are intended to
help the employee reduce the weaknesses and the
impact of the identified and named risks. The
employee should compare the left side with the
right side to determine how he or she can build on
strengths and emerging opportunities in remote
work.
