ABOUT THE PROJECT

The problem

Workplaces are becoming more flexible and diverse. In this new world of work with rapid technological advances, fuelled by the COVID 19 crisis, companies have had to readjust their procedures, structures and even their physical working environment. Work has taken a new turn with the breakthrough of teleworking. Organisations, trainers and workers must now consider new ways of working together around flexibility at work. This project is part of a common desire to provide professionals with the necessary know-how and tools to adapt to the construction of a new work culture.

The goal

NWC is an Erasmus + project which set the overall goal to build capacity of EU SMEs, VET professionals and employees to support digital transformation, through ensuring stakeholder co-design of innovative solutions, for team and people management in remote working environment.

The partnership project NWC brings together 7 organisations from 7 countries (Poland, France, Belgium, Italy, Netherlands, Cyprus and Spain) to provide a space for reflection and a training framework on a new and flexible way of working.

The NWC project is based on the idea that professionals, workers and HR need to acquire know-how, soft skills and soft competences to adapt to a changing world of work.
