Project Results

The following Intellectual outputs were developed by the partnership:

1. NWC Training Framework, a roadmap of the methodological innovative including curriculum, tools, methods and training materials to teach/train managers & Human Resources responsible.
2. NWC Guide on team management including smart work
3. NWC Case studies: a collection of good practices to get inspired
4. NWC e-learning Hub including the above project results contents & delivery of Open Badges, an innovative career and talent management resource for recognition of learnings.
5. NWC Policy Paper: action plan and recommendations for policy providers/stakeholders
