probleem<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce80417 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce80417\" en diverser. In deze nieuwe arbeidswereld met snelle technologische ontwikkelen, ontstaan door de COVID 19-crisis, hebben bedrijven hun procedures, structuren en zelfs hun fysieke werkomgeving moeten aanpassen. Het werk heeft een nieuwe wending genomen met de doorbraak van telewerken. Organisaties, opleiders en werknemers moeten nu nadenken over nieuwe manieren om samen te werken rond flexibiliteit op het werk. Het is de bedoeling dat we innovatieve oplossingen ontwerpen, voor team- en people management in een hybride werkomgeving.<\/p><p>Het project NWC brengt 7 organisaties uit 7 landen (Polen, Frankrijk, Belgi\u00eb, Itali\u00eb, Nederland, Cyprus en Spanje) samen om een trainingskader te maken over een nieuwe en flexibele manier van werken.<\/p><p>Het NWC-project is gebaseerd op het idee dat professionals, werknemers en HR nieuwe kennis, soft skills en soft competenties nodig hebben, om zich aan te kunnen passen aan hun veranderende werkomgeving.\u00a0 <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OVER HET PROJECT Het probleem De werkplekken worden flexibeler en diverser.
